Should woman always sacrifice? Doesn't she has her own life? Is she only a puppet??
These questions have been raised by a playwright Henrik Ibsen in his play A Dall's House.
The play is based on the story of a family including a couple and their three children.
Mrs. Lynde, Dr. Rank and Crogstad are other major characters,
Where as Nora and Mr. Helmer are main characters.
Nora represents a loving girl for her father and a caring wife for her husband Mr. Helmer.
She owes large amount of money from Crogstad for Mr. Helmer's healing.
After some years her husband becomes aware with the truth and is very dejected,
for The money lender Crogstad is a man of many sins.
He, instead of forgiving Nora, blames and abuses her that she had forged the sign of her father, so she is guilty.
After the problems are resolved and Mr. Helmer is willing to forgive her,
Nora decides to leave his home and forsakes him.
In this way, she shows that the woman has her own existence.
